Touring around Copenhagen Part 1, Copenhagen, Denmark
Two weeks ago I was in Copenhagen for first time in my life and I can say that beauty is everywhere around this city. I felt lucky to visit Copenhagen during Christmas season, it was a great experience to see all those decorations, especially at night when all the city was illuminated with Christmas light decorations. Copenhagen definitely the city of fairy tales with its palaces and parks, statues.
Time was limited because I was there for the weekend. Anyway, I managed to see and experience many things in a short time, visited most of the touristic attractions around the city centre and tried out different tastes. The weather was cold (approximately 10 degrees) and sometimes rainy but the cold was tolerable especially when it was not windy.
This blogpost is about the touring Copenhagen city centre, the path that I followed, touristic attractions and the restaurants that I visited. The illustrated city map is obtained and adapted from Chinavia project. Click here to read more about it and download a pdf version of the map. ......
