Just east of the Copenhagen city center you’ll see some unique colorful buildings in all shapes and sizes. Home to about 1000 residents, this self-ruled, autonomous neighborhood is famous for the legal sale of marijuana. As the green stuff is allowed here, you’ll smell an abundance of cannabis. Hear some funky tunes coming from one of the many clubs or bars and have a snack at one of the cafes. This 0.13 square mile spot on the planet is truly amazing.
