If you are planning a trip to Thailand, make sure you visit the Grand Palace. It is divided into four sections with the Royal Temple being one of them. The image of the most sacred Buddha is placed inside the Royal Temple. As the place is a popular tourist site, try and make your visit in the morning as there are fewer people at that time. The place is open between 8.30 and 14.30 and you have to pay 500 Baht to enter. Since the temple is a sacred place, there is a dress code for those visiting the site.
